1. Seller identification

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are non-contractual (display variations possible).

3. Prices

Prices in euros, all taxes included.
VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are indicated before order validation.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent.

We may refuse/cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, prior dispute, or obvious error (e.g. abnormally low price due to a bug).

5. Payment

Secure payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The order is processed after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery (dropshipping)

ORVOVA ships via logistics partners. Items may be dispatched from different warehouses, sometimes internationally, which may extend lead times.

The times displayed are estimates. Except in exceptional cases beyond our control (force majeure), delivery takes place no later than 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
If this period is exceeded, the customer may request cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable provisions.

7. Right of withdrawal / returns

The consumer customer has 14 days to withdraw.

8. Statutory guarantees (France)

The consumer benefits from statutory guarantees:

• statutory conformity guarantee,
• guarantee against hidden defects.

9. Liability

ORVOVA's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, within the limits permitted by law. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.

13. Photographs and images

The photographs and images shown on the site are provided for information only and have no contractual value. Despite all the care taken in the presentation of products, there may be slight differences between the images and the product delivered, notably regarding colours, packaging or accessories. These differences cannot engage the seller's liability nor constitute grounds for return, provided that the essential characteristics of the product comply with the description.

The supplier reserves the right to modify the packaging or conditioning of its products without notice, without this affecting the quality or composition of the product.

Our products are shipped from our international logistics partners. The indicated delivery times include processing and transit.

14. Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside mainland France (DOM-TOM, non-EU countries, Africa, Maghreb), customs duties, import taxes, dock dues or other local charges may be required by the authorities of the destination country or territory upon receipt of the parcel.

These charges, the amount of which varies according to the local regulations in force, are entirely borne by the customer. ORVOVA has no control over these amounts, cannot estimate or anticipate them, and cannot be held responsible for them.

By placing an order, the customer declares:

• Having acknowledged that additional charges (customs, taxes, dock dues) may apply depending on destination;
• Agreeing to bear all such charges;
• That refusal to pay these charges, resulting in the return of the parcel to the sender, does not entitle the customer to any refund of the shipping costs incurred;
• That the non-collection of a parcel held at customs does not constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For shipments within the European Union below €150, VAT is prepaid via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. No additional customs charges should apply in this case.
